What happens to all my documents when my subscription is cancelled or expires?You will have the option to purchase documents outright so that you don't loose your beloved library of tools!

What if I need to make changes to one of the documents?You can customize anything by sending us an email and requesting customization. There is a cost for customizing and the price starts at 50 credits.

What if I need some support from an actual person?You can contact us through our calendars, each representative's bio is there for you to review prior to booking time with them- use credits to book.

What if I just need one item from one of the bigger packages...like an on-boarding checklist?You can certainly purchase this as a custom document, send us an email and we will provide you with the cost!
